Dentist BuckheadDr. Peter Pate graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry in 1982 and has practiced general dentistry ever since. While active in the Army, Dr. Pate was a dentist at The Pentagon and at Walter Reed Army Hospital. He now practices in your community and would love to welcome you and your family as patients!

Continuing education and training are very important to Dr. Pate. He has completed numerous courses sponsored by such organizations as the American Dental Association and the Pankey Institute. He is especially interested in and emphasizes restorative procedures including crown and bridgework, and fixed and removable prosthodontics.

In addition to being a graduate of the L.D. Pankey Institute, Dr. Pate holds active memberships in the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, the Northern District Dental Society, the Hinman Dental Society, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Pate and his wife, Ann, have lived in Buckhead for more than 20 years. They are the proud parents of an active young son, whose activities keep them busy. As a family they are involved in the community, schools, sports, and church. Dr. Pate is a retired Colonel, and his newest pursuit is running marathons. He looks forward to getting to know you too!
