What You Need to Know

Appointments
We see patients by appointment only, so please call in advance so our staff may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. Occasionally, emergencies do occur which may cause a delay, but we will always try to honor your appointment time.

It is our office policy to confirm appointments well in advance of your scheduled time. If we are unable to reach you personally, kindly return our call, at any hour, to let us know that you will keep your appointment. Otherwise, we may release your time for another patient.

Emergencies
The office reserves a limited time each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled quickly. If you have a problem that requires emergency treatment, please call as early in the day as possible.

Cancellations
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify the office staff by calling 404-266-9424. Please provide at least 48 hours notice so that the time reserved for you may be made available for other patients. If you have a personal emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.

We are unable to function efficiently if patients forget their appointments and do not show up at their scheduled time. We are also unable to continue treatment for patients who habitually cancel appointments at the last minute or who constantly "forget."

Financial Responsibility
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of estimated fees, and we will inform you of all estimated costs before treatment is administered. Full payment is expected when services are rendered, unless arrangements have been previously made. For your convenience, we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, in addition to cash and checks, for payment of services.

We provide several financing options to assist you with achieving your oral health and cosmetic dentistry goals. Please ask a member our staff to review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Insurance policies vary greatly. Therefore, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid in full. If you have any questions, please check with our office staff.
